HomeI have to write 5 brief essays for my AP English Language and Composition class based on 5 prompts. One is about memories, and I actually enjoyed trying to explain my reminisces through writing, odd though it may sound. I actually kind of liked what I wrote, so here's a little excerpt:   
     Memories are strange, sometimes strong yet often escaping one’s grasp. A memory can appeal to any number of the senses, whether visually vivid, fragrant, loud, or familiar only nervously.     Jesus was friends with everyone, but umm being friends with everyone is not a good choice, Ask Rape victims, They got raped by people that was consider friends, thats how my sister got raped. And I don't fear love, I just don't believe in it. Why do Should I look up at the stars, when my father is all about astronomy? Why Mars to close to Venus? You know mythology, ha ha. Scott you don't love me and neither does your god. You don't know the meaning of love, you are just taught to say that, because thats what Jesus would do.

    Yes, Jesus was friends with everyone. I'm sorry your sister had to go through that. I didn't say to study astronomy; I said look at the stars. Give it a try. Yes, that is what Jesus would do. See, God created everything, including love, so I'm pretty sure He was telling the truth when He said He loves everybody. No, I'm not just saying it because people tell me to. I was simply stating a fact: I love you and so does God. You don't have to believe it for it to be true. If I believed with all my heart there was a million dollars in my pocket, I would still be broke. Love is real whether you believe it or not.

    Caitlin, I know what love is, and I love you. Yes, that is what Jesus would do, but it's still a genuine statement. I say it because it's true. Deal with it. Tell me whatever profane things you want; it doesn't make any point or change my beliefs.
